Order & Shipping Policies

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns (on most items) for up to 30 days from the invoice date with a full refund excluding the shipping charges.  Items returned must be in new condition and with the original packages.  Some items such as books, sheet music, dvd's, and special order merchandise are not returnable.  Call 323-469-6285 if you wish to make a return.

Items will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Mail unless otherwise specified.  Generally, we use the best possible shipping for each order.  Some items will drop ship from the manufacturer, others may go by truck freight.  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may also incur additional shipping charges.  We will call you in these cases before shipment is made.  If your order is a rush or has other special needs please call.  International shipments are not handled by our website at this time.  Please email or call if you are an international customer and we'll gladly assist you.  323-469-6285 or email orders@prodrumshop.com
